• Place your listing on the proper Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for your area. This service is used by all Realtors. Your name and phone number will be listed as the contact in the MLS. Realtors will contact you directly for showings. You will only pay a commission if a Realtor sells your home. If you sell your home on your own, nothing is paid to a Realtor.
• Includes upto 10 photos in the MLS listing provided by you by e-mail or mail.   
• Place your listing in Realtor .com with Additional Remarks includes 6 pictures . (example of Realtor.com ) with a guide to your contact information. Realtor.com powers other internet sites so your home will show all over the internet   Ex. AOL, Excite, IWON.com and many others as well
• Up to 8 changes or updates allowed. ( regular program allows for two mls changes)
• Receive A list of homes that have sold recently in your area that are of similar size, which should give you, the seller, an idea of market value of your home. This is usually called a comparative market analysis (CMA).
• Supra Electronic Lock box    lockbox requires a $95 deposit which is refundable upon return.(Some areas don't apply) or a combo lockbox available as well ( sorry not aviable in central florida., But we do have combo lock boxes !)
• Receive a packet via E-mail that includes :
  1. 7 pages of Tips on selling your home and Real Estate info
  2. Real Estate contracts and Seller's disclosure !!!!!!!!
  3. Important Disclosures you might need!!
